In this one-hour session, we will work on correcting improper techniques usually applied by runners, and train the muscles required specifically for running. The class will also incorporate warm-ups that focus on running techniques to better improve one’s running economy. In addition, participants can expect to work and strengthen their core muscles and glutes, and improve their posture and stability.
