Join Work Great On A Great Street for a Lunchtime Health Talk to understand the psychophysiology of stress and how to manage stress through mindfulness, self-care and resilience. Hear about different coping strategies, which can foster mental well-being and build specific capacities such as calmness, clarity and concentration. Arm yourself with new techniques, take care of your mental health and combat stress successfully!
Kindly follow the steps below to participate in this session:
1. Register for the session on the Work Great website (www.orchardroad.org/workgreat)
2. Fill in all the required fields on the Zoom registration form via the link provided below
3. Download the Zoom app
4. Click on the Zoom URL that will be sent to your email to join the live virtual class just before the session starts
5. Enjoy your health talk session!
Your attendance will be clocked on the Work Great website only if registration is captured on both the Work Great website and Zoom registration page.
Rewards can only be unlocked if your attendance is clocked on the Work Great website.
