Calisthenics is a class that focuses on body control, form and strength training utilising only compound bodyweight exercise to teach the body how to coordinate its strength and balance through the core and into the limbs. The techniques learnt in this class will be incredibly useful for those who use their bodies for performance, for example in sports, martial arts, dance and yoga. Work on your push-ups and handstands at this fun and effective class!
