HIIT X HATHA incorporates Hatha yoga and HIIT circuit training for a stronger body and calmer mind in one workout.
To be led by PUMA’s Team Faster trainers, Bianca Pereche-Gamboa and Jerry Fong, expect an adrenaline-filled 30 minutes workout followed by 30 minutes of fluid flow yoga that stretches your body and cools you down.
